Care instructions
To keep your knife in good shape for many years to come we recommend the following:
Never cut on a marble countertop, glass plate, ceramic baking tray, steel tray and other similar surfaces which were not designed for cutting.
We recommend that you hand wash these knives and dry immediately after washing to retain their sharpness and superior finish.
Do not let the knife air dry and do not let the knife soak in the water.
Do not put your knife in the dishwasher.
